Selling at auction? If you are considering selling real estate - whether at auction or through a traditional sale - our experienced commercial and residential brokers can help you get started by providing you a broker's price opinion ("bpo") for your property and further assisting you in your transaction.

Why SVN AuctionWorks

Experience The SVN AuctionWorks team, working in conjunction with its Sperry Van Ness affiliates nationwide, has over 100 years of combined experience in real estate brokerage and auctions and includes a licensed attorney, multiple licensed real estate brokers and auctioneers, a certified REO broker, and a certified personal property appraiser.
Transparency SVN AuctionWorks online auctions only allow bids that are placed by legitimate registered bidders and actual prospective buyers. SVN AuctionWorks does not believe in the auction company bidding which is practiced so widely by many in the on-line auction industry today.
Pre-Auction Sales SVN AuctionWorks encourages bidders to make pre-auction offers and thereby provides its clients with both a traditional brokerage sales opportunity and the competitive bidding that an auction inspires. As a result, many SVN AuctionWorks properties sell pre-auction and are no longer available on auction day. This client centric practice allows bidders who do not like participating in auctions or who are unwilling to wait for the auction to submit to the seller their best and final offer pre-auction. Most sellers will accept an offer from a qualified buyer who submits an acceptable pre-auction bid and simply close the transaction.
Target Marketing SVN AuctionWorks creates customized marketing, advertising and social media campaigns for each individual asset, literally branding the asset and its specific value proposition as an opportunity in the marketplace. We combine encyclopedic market knowledge and global reach with local expertise to maximize value for our clients.
Brokers Invited: SVN AuctionWorks not only encourages broker participation, but believes in proactive and compensated broker cooperation. The best buyers are often represented by a broker and SVN AuctionWorks believes that no one should be excluded from the marketing campaign and bidding process. Paying a market rate commission to a buyer's broker is the right thing to do and ensures the highest bid for the property.
Woman-Owned SVN AuctionWorks is a 51% woman-owned small business, thereby providing its clients an opportunity for diversity in doing business.
Customer Service SVN AuctionWorks truly does work 24/7 to guide buyers and sellers through the auction process whether in person, by phone or online.
